Because our digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are final once the file, download link, or digital access has been delivered.

We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for digital downloads, planners, trackers, guides, workbooks, checklists, bundles, or other electronic resources after purchase.

Download or access issues

If you have trouble accessing a digital product you purchased, please contact us at orianaluxuryproducts@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the email address used at checkout. We will help review the issue and assist with access to the file.

Duplicate purchases or technical errors

If you believe you were charged twice by mistake or experienced a checkout error, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review the transaction and determine whether a correction is appropriate.
