Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped for digital-only purchases.

After checkout, customers should receive order confirmation and digital access through the email address used at purchase. Please check your inbox, spam folder, and promotions folder if you do not see your order email.

If you cannot access your digital product, email kendallbutler20@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Merchandise and physical product shipping

If physical merchandise is available, shipping times, rates, and delivery options will be shown during checkout or listed on the product page when applicable. Delivery timelines may vary based on product type, fulfillment provider, and destination.

For physical merchandise orders, customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
