We offer both digital downloads and print-on-demand physical merchandise. Because these product types are fulfilled differently, please review the information below before placing your order.
Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically.
After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive immediate access to your digital download through Shopify and/or by email.
No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.

Physical Merchandise
Our apparel, mugs, tote bags, desk mats, candles, and other merchandise are produced after your order is placed.
Typical production time:
2–7 business days
Estimated shipping time within the United States:
3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary during holidays or periods of unusually high demand.
Orders Containing Digital and Physical Products
If your order includes both digital and physical items:
- Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.
- Physical merchandise ships separately once production is complete.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at:

If production has not begun, we will do our best to update the address.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos if the item arrived damaged
We will work with our production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
International shipping availability depends on the product and destination.
Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
